I am requesting data from WW2 1938 to to 1947 payments from Polish Government in Exile
Dear Ministry of Defence,
I am researching what reparation was made by Poland for aircraft, munitions and the equipment requested to engage the enemy.
My understanding is presently that the Polish Government in exile in France, London England and eventually Canada. However, an agreement drafted and signed by the Polish representatives and the UK government was made in 1940, I understand that the agreement was to make payment after the war ended for the equipment supplied to Polish Forces.
Information regarding the agreement together with the eventual payment(s) expected and made by the exiled Polish authorities.
Please let me know if you need any further information.
Yours faithfully
James Drummond
