Hyrax Resourcing Ltd

The request was refused by HM Revenue and Customs.

Dear HM Revenue and Customs,

Mel Stride announced that Hyrax Resourcing Ltd had been prosecuted in court thus protecting £40 million in tax avoidance.

As they were the employer of a number of people and have been successfully prosecuted will the £40 million secured be offset against the employees tax liability?

Will letters be sent out stating that HMRC have been successful and that no tax liability rests on the employees?

Yours faithfully,

Alan Cherry
