I can confirm that North East Lincolnshire Council holds the following

Please can you provide all information on were the £ 2.1 million pounds
received from Tingdene for the 125 year lease in 2017 has been spent Can
you provide which areas of the council department services received and
how much money was allocated to council services

From a finance perspective, the £2.1m sale was a capital receipt,
therefore it was used to fund the council’s overall capital scheme rather
than being allocated to a specific project, department or service.

Next question please provide the business rates on which since 2017 to
2024 Tingdene have paid to NELC if nothing been paid was this part of the
header lease deal digned by Cllr Patrick and Tingdene Representative
