Humberston Fitties

The request was partially successful.

Dear North East Lincolnshire Council,
Could you please tell me who has the right to be walking through/entering 'plots' or occupying the community room outside of the permitted hours in January and February.

Tank you

Yours faithfully,

Linda Hague

Dear Requester

Thank you for your information request, reference number NELC/28063/2223 I
wish to confirm that North East Lincolnshire Council holds the following
information.

Could you please tell me who has the right to be walking through/entering
'plots' or occupying the community room outside of the permitted hours in
January and February.

The planning condition is in terms of the occupancy of the holiday chalets
and not in terms of the right to be walking through/entering 'plots'. The
condition does not apply to persons walking through.

I have also attached a map showing the public footpaths on the Humberston
Fitties.

As Humberston Fitties is privately owned, it would be down to the property
owners and leaseholder to allow people onto their individual plots or not.

If you believe that your request for information has not been handled in
accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, you have the right to
request an internal review by the Council. If you wish to request an
internal review, please write to us detailing the reasons why. Please be
clear about which elements of the Council’s response or handling of the
request you are unhappy with and would like the Council to address during
the internal review process. If following this, you are still dissatisfied
you may contact the Office of the Information Commissioner. If you wish to
request an internal review, please contact me and I will make the
necessary arrangements.

Yours sincerely on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council
