Humberside Police ignore allegations of perjury
Dear Independent Police Complaints Commission,
Please see complaint form submitted to Humberside police:
https://www.scribd.com/doc/294048339/Pol...
Clearly as the quote below strongly suggests, the document served to formally report a crime, as well as provide the complaint about an officer serving with Humberside police.
"I’m in possession of the papers relating to the prosecution and all of the above have submitted witness statements. As a consequence I wish to formally report crimes in the matter of perjury with regards to the witness statements produced by A and T J as they contain evidence that both witnesses intend to pervert the course of justice by means of false and corrupt statements."
The correspondence received from the force in connection with this only refers to the complaint about the police officer (no allegations about the two members of the public committing perjury).
I would like to know how many such incidents does the Independent Police Commissioner hold records about with regard to Humberside police. Also please provide a brief description of each.
Yours faithfully,
fFaudwAtch UK

Dear Claudia Rego,
Thank you for your response.
I apologise for the ambiguity of my FoI submission. I was trying to establish, with what regularity (from records held by the IPCC) Humberside police failed to acknowledge perjury allegations when reported by members of the public.
Yours sincerely,
fFaudwAtch UK
Dear Claudia Rego,
