Dear Humberside Police and Crime Panel,

In reference to Humberside PCC's presentation to the PCP on 7th February and the Panel subsequently supporting the Commissioner's precept/budget proposals.

Please will you kindly provide a copy of any formal report/presentation on the Commissioners 'public consultation' as presented to the PCP.

Failing the availability of any such formal report; I would much appreciate being provided with all such information and data relating to the 'public consultation' as presented to the Panel.

Specifically if I may have information on the consultation agents, consultation process and adjudication/validation methodology, and breakdown of consultee numbers, demographics, responses, data, findings and conclusions that determined the PCC's and PCP's judgements and final decision/approval.

Crime Panel makes the following comments -

The Humberside Police and Crime Panel met on 7 February 2018.  The Police
and Crime Commissioner for Humberside attended to present his Police
Precept for 2018/19 and Medium Term Resource Strategy 2018/19 to
2022/2023.  The report considered by the Panel can be found by visiting

Paragraphs 3.43 to-3.45 on page 10 of the Commissioner’s report refer to
the public consultation, including the outcome.

The Police and Crime Panel does not hold any additional data or
information on the police precept consultation exercise undertaken by the
Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Humberside. 

However, further details of the consultation exercise are published on the
