Human Resources

Waiting for an internal review by Nottingham City Council of their handling of this request.

Dear Nottingham City Council,

Human Resources

Please inform me what questions were used in the interview for the Monitoring Officer/Head of Legal/Deputy Head of Legal roles?

Please inform me of the guided/model answers for the above interview?

Please inform me about what the interview comprised i.e. interview and presentation? psychometric testing?

Was an external organisation instructed to carry out the above process?

Yours faithfully,

Dear Nottingham City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Nottingham City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Human Resources'.

Surely you change the questions for each recruitment process? If you don't then surely the unsuccessful candidates, who have sight of the questions, and apply for the same role again (unfilled) or a similar role would have an unfair advantage over candidates who hadn't previously applied for job at the Council?

Numerous other councils have been asked this same question and applied no exemption.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/h...

Yours faithfully,

Linsey Preston
