HSF fees

I am writing to submit a formal request for information under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regarding the payments made to HSF (Herbert Smith Freehills) over the past three years. Please provide the following:
The total amount of money paid to HSF by Post Office Limited by financial year over the last 3 years.
Any contracts, agreements, or documentation related to the payments made to HSF, including any amendments, extensions, or modifications.

present our view is that your request falls within the scope of the
qualified exemption at section 43 of the Freedom of Information Act ("
FOIA"), relating to Legal Professional Privilege.
In accordance with section 10 of the FOIA and the FOIA Code of Practice,
Post Office Limited (" Post Office") requires further time to consider the
public interest test in relation to this exemption. An extension is
permitted until such time as is reasonable in the circumstances and,
having considered the FOIA Code of Practice, Post Office considers that an
extension of 20 working days is appropriate in this instance and will
therefore aim to respond to you by 8th August.
