HSE Investigation of Veolia Environmental Services as a result of H&S concerns made by Geoffrey White (April_May 2016)

Dear Health and Safety Executive,

Please treat the following as a Freedom of Information Request. I would like any response to be made electronically wherever possible.

The request is made to ask you to provide copies of the case file with details of all correspondence between the HSE and Veolia related to the report of concerns made by Geoffrey White (2016) including though not limited to -

1) HSE Inspector Case Notes.
2) Initial correspondence from HSE to Veolia following the report of concerns made by Geoffrey White where we expect to see a detailing of those concerns.
3) The request by the HSE Inspector to the National Safety Advisor for Veolia to investigate the concerns raised and the response from Veolia.
4) A copy of any report from Veolia and any response received from Veolia detailing the action they committed to take as a result of the investigation
5) Any report produced by the HSE in relation to this case (concerns raised/request for investigation made by Geoffrey White), the subsequent investigation by the National Safety Advisor for Veolia and the response from Veolia including undertakings to remedy the concerns made by Mr. White

Dear Health and Safety Executive,

Mr White raised the initial concern on the 14th April 2016 and was subsequently followed up by Phone Call by Gaynor Morrison - Concerns Handling Officer for HSE.

The sites concerned are all those Veolia Environmental Services Civic Amenity Sites (also known as Household Waste Recycling Centres) which come under the North and South Essex County Council Contract and the Thurrock Council Contract for the Linford Civic Amenity Site (also known as Household Waste Recycling Centre).
