HSC Funding for the ‘Learning Disability’ programme of care – for 2015/2016 and 2016/2017
Dear Health and Social Care Board for Northern Ireland,
For the financial years ending 31/03/2016 and 31/03/2017 - please provide the following information:
1. Total HSC investment in services for programme of care ‘Learning Disability’ (LD) for years requested.
2. HSCB commissioning Investment in LD Hospitals within Belfast HSCT, Northern HSCT, Southeastern HSCT, Southern HSCT and Western HSCT for years requested.
3. HSCB commissioning Investment in LD Community Services in each of the above Trusts as reported in the Strategic Resource Framework for years requested.
4. Capitation Formulas for the shares applicable to each of the above five Trusts for the year mentioned. Please note that these shares should be for the programme of care ‘Learning Disability’ only for years requested.
This information is made available to the 5 Trusts at the beginning of the financial year - so this information for both these years should now be available.
Note – the output of this FOI request should mirror that of FOI 68216 (raised by Caroline M Kelly) – except that FOI 68216 was for earlier years.
