I understand that HSS (F) 23/2011 sets out the information that HSC Trusts are expected to provide monthly.

As part of their monthly returns HSC Trusts are apparently obliged to provide information regarding the Prompt Payment of Suppliers Invoices.

Please provide a summary of the monthly Prompt Payment figures reported by the HSC Trusts during the current financial year.

I acknowledge receipt of your responses to my Freedom of Information request.

Having re-read the Departmental Guidance it appears that for some reason not all information has been provided. For instance I note that (i)information was only sent in relation to HSC Trusts wheras I requested information for HSC Bodies; and (ii)whilst information was provided with regards payments made within agreed payment terms no information was provided regarding payments made in 30 days.

Please treat this communication as my request for an Internal Review of FoI 2012-0022

In sending this request for an internal review I acknowledge it is somewhat surprising that the Department requires HSC Bodies to report both on the basis of payments made within agreed payment terms and then for information purposes also requires details of payments made in 30 days yet does not require details of payments made in 10 days. The Departments reasons for this reporting basis are not relevant to this request.
