Good afternoon,

Attached are the latest documents requested:

• H&S Audit
• Fire Risk Assessment

Regarding the Fire Report for completeness the actions that came from the
reports have been progressed as follows:

◦ Fire Doors - surveys are in progress and remedial actions are
planned to be completed.
◦ Near miss reports and incident book are now in place.
◦ All Risk Assessments have been reviewed (annually as standard) with
additional ones added.
◦ Extinguisher and Fire blanket now in place in the cooking area (the
cooking area wasn't operational at the time of the survey).
◦ Fire Signage and directional signage has been reviewed and updated.
◦ External Fire Exit signage has now been placed on all exit doors.
