Can I have the reports on completed fraud cases, by the HS2 Internal Fraud Unit ,
that have been found to be proven in relation to both internal sources and external
contractors.
If they are proven cases, I assume they would involve the CPS, and be a matter of
public record.

In your last response you state 'You have requested for all documents regarding the HS2 Internal Fraud Unit', this is incorrect as the clarification on Dec 20th stated :
As a clarification can I request any documents regarding the HS2 Internal Fraud Unit.
If this is a burden then can I have first :-
a) HS2 Internal Fraud Unit Reports
b) Any other HS2 Internal Fraud Unit documents
Reports are not all documents, but summaries of investigations.
So if further clarification is needed:
a) Can I have the summary reports on the HS2 Internal Fraud unit investigations.
b) If that becomes burdensome, can you further refine to start with fraud / whistleblower
investigation within HS2 Ltd.

You have twice offered the 2023 synopsis & I have twice replied with clarifications of what I am requesting.
You have ignored those clarification and returned to the synopsis.
So once again :
Can I request :
a) The summary reports on the HS2 Internal Fraud unit investigations.
b) If that becomes burdensome, can you further refine to start with fraud / whistleblower
investigation within HS2 Ltd.
If the above is not forthcoming, can I ask for an internal review so that I can go to ICO.
