HS2 Compulsory Purchase
Dear Department for Transport,
Given that Compulsory Purchase powers for Phase One of the scheme are due to run out on 23rd February 2023, please can you tell me how many:
1) Parcels of land (not including subsoil in tunnelling locations) have been identified as being permanently required by phase one of the scheme in total.
2) Parcels of land (not including subsoil in tunnelling locations) have been identified as being temporarily required by phase one of the scheme in total.
3) Parcels of land (not including subsoil in tunnelling locations) have been identified as being permanently required by phase one of the scheme in total.
3) Parcels of land (not including subsoil in tunnelling locations) required for the construction of phase one where purchase has been completed.
4) Parcels of land (not including subsoil in tunnelling locations) on the route of phase one which HS2 Ltd has taken temporary possession of.
5) Parcels of land (not including subsoil in tunnelling locations) on phase one which HS2 Ltd has taken temporary possession of, but will be required on a permanent basis.
6) Plots subsoil in tunnelling locations which have been identified as being permanently required by phase one of the scheme.
7) Plots subsoil in tunnelling locations to be used for phase one purposes where purchase has been completed.
