Dear High Speed Two (HS2) Limited,

I am writing to you under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

- I request copy of the ‘research report’ and ‘guidance report compiled’ by Sustainable Construction Solutions for HS2 on the beneficial reuse of timber, as referenced here http://www.susconsol.co.uk/projects/hs2-...

- I also request to receive copy of all ‘Beneficial Reuse of Timber data sets’ held by HS2. These data sets are referenced in the Environmental Sustainability Progress Report 2022 found via this link here, https://tinyurl.com/y3dnwyup.

I would be grateful to receive information electronically, ideally in the form of PDF documents.

In accordance with Regulation 9 please can you provide any advice and assistance that may help my request to be more effective? If my request is too general please provide advice and assistance as to how it can be refined.

I look forward to your response within 20 working days, as stipulated by Regulation 5.

I write in correction of a typo in my initial FOI request:

The first part of my request was for copy of the 'research report' and 'guidance report' compiled by Susconsol on HS2's beneficial reuse of timber, rather than the 'guidance report compiled', as I wrote in error.
