HS2 and its disregard for Covid-19 regulations

The request was partially successful.

Dear High Speed Two (HS2) Limited,

I recently witnessed HS2 staff at a construction site failing to social distance. Under the FOI act is HS2 exempt from the covid-19 social distancing requirements?
If yes, why.
If not, what is the HS2 doing to halt this breach of the Covid-19 requirements.
What disciplinary action will HS2 take against staff that fail to social distance.
If HS2 staff continues this practise, will HS2 cease construction as it risk the public's health and breaches government requirements?
If not willing to halt construction, will HS2 take responsibility for its culpability in spreading of Coblvid-19 and contribute to the costs thst the additional measures that the government has to pursue to halt the spread of the virus?

Yours faithfully,

J Peters
