I am aware of current guidance and memos for the process of validating a UC claimants' EU Settled Status. Namely to accept EUSS notifications printed off from the claimant's online HO account as supporting evidence, which can be verified through HO services, using the existing HO Evidence and Enquiry stencil, as per: Memo ADM 09/19
I would be grateful if you could clarify the following:
1) Whether the UC HRT computer system employed at JCPs has been updated to ask for the relevant document.
2) Whether the process will automatically prompt staff/WCs to verify the EUSS notification using the HO stencil, or in the alternative; what the actual process is.
