• The current contract provider
• Owner of the building the contract is delivered from
• The client group (please include contracts for single homeless, families, young people and rough sleepers)
• Number of clients supported under the contract
• Whether there is an intention to extend or reprocure the contract
• Lead commissioner name and contact details

For each individual contract over £50,000 per annum, could the Council
please provide the following information:

•             Contract name - No Second Night Out

•             Contract start and end date – 13th October 2015 – 12th
October 2019

•             Contract value (please indicate total or annual) – Total
Cost £959,848 (4 years)

•             The current contract provider - DISC (Developing Initiatives
Supporting Communities)

•             Owner of the building the contract is delivered from - DISC
on a long term lease from a private landlord.

•             The client group (please include contracts for single
homeless, families, young people and rough sleepers) – Single Rough
Sleepers male/female.

•             Number of clients supported under the contract – 17 bed
spaces and 10 emergency bed spaces for cold weather provision. 201 clients
supported in NSNO accommodation, 107 clients accessed emergency beds under
cold weather provision in 2017/18.

•             Whether there is an intention to extend or reprocure the
contract – The current contract has been extended for a two year    period
until October 2019. We will review future provision at a later stage
