Dear Mr/Ms Makam,

I refer to your request dated Tuesday 22^nd May requesting that certain
information be provided to you.  The Council is treating your request as a
request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

I would advise you, however, that on closer examination of your request,
it has become apparent to us that we require further information from you
in order to identify and locate the requested information.  The additional
information we require is described in the undernote below, and I should
be grateful if you could provide this information as quickly as possible
in order to allow us to process your request.  Please note that if we do
not receive this information, we will be unable to respond to your
request.  I should be grateful if you could respond within four weeks from
today if possible.

Your request is in two parts. The first explicitly relates the housing
support services the second relates to employability services. However,
the second includes at bullet point 6 the following qualification: “The
client group (please include contracts for single homeless, families,
young people and rough sleepers)”. The first question also makes specific
reference to rough sleepers.

This would seem to seem to suggest that your area on interest is
restricted to services for people who are homeless and excludes our wider
client groups of older people, people with physical disability, learning
disability, mental health or addiction issues who are not homeless.

Could you please therefore clarify whether one or both of your questions
is restricted to the contracting of services for homeless clients. If it
is not so restricted then can you please clarify whether it is meant to
apply to all client groups or to some other set or subset of clients.

I look forward to receiving your reply.
