HR structure and pay scales
Dear Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council,
May I have the staff structure (i.e. who reports to who) and the pay scales of the posts for the HR & Legal department under David Fairclough.
Please include the number of all HR managers, officers, business managers, consultants, development managers, etc on the staffing structure.
