2) The number of working days lost to SCC as a result of
Drug/Alcohol issues.

3) The number of staff who have had either a) Verbal Warning b)
Written Warning c) Suspension from post as a result of Drug/Alcohol
issues.

4) What Human Resources policies are in place to deal with
Drug/Alcohol issues among staff.
