Please could you tell me for the period 1st January 2013 to 31st January the following :
1) Number of NCC staff who took sick leave for Drug/Alcohol issues.
2) The number of working days lost to NCC as a result of Drug/Alcohol issues.
3) The number of staff who have had either a) Verbal Warning b) Written Warning c) Suspension from post as a result of Drug/Alcohol issues.
4) What Human Resources policies are in place to deal with Drug/Alcohol issues among staff.

1) Absence as a result of drug or alcohol issues is not a sickness
category used by Norfolk County Council therefore we do not hold this
information.
