3. How many schools in Calderdale (including Academies) have you provided HR Administration and/or Payroll for in the following years:

4. Please list the schools you no longer provide an HR Administration and/or Payroll service for and supply the following information:
• New provider for those schools
• Reason given for leaving
5. Please can you list the schools that you currently provide an HR Administration and/or Payroll service for and also provide renewal dates for agreements and how much notice they need to give.
6. Please can you upload current Service Level Agreements to this website.
7. How many FTE staff do you have working on schools in HR Administration and/or Payroll? (please upload structure)
8. What salary are your HR Administrators and Payroll Administrators paid?

Dear Suzanne Butterfield,
Thank you for your response. Please can you clarify/provide information below:

C&P 7 FTE. Structure not available. There is a structure chart for the whole Contracts and Payroll team which could be provided on request but this is not purely HR Administration/Payroll staff working on schools. There are 8 FTE Contracts and Payroll Administrator posts on the structure who provide HR Admin and Payroll services to schools and Academies.
