FOI 3138 – Software Contract Expiry

 

Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request on the above
subject.

 

We have completed our search for information and the details are as
follows:

 

Could you please provide the following information?

 

1.                   When your current contract with HR and Payroll
software expires.

ANSWER: The Contract for the HR and Payroll system is not with the Trust
it is with the Department Of Health.

 

2.                   When your current contract with BACs payment software
expires.

ANSWER: Confirmation from GBS (Government Banking Service) that the Trust
would not have entered into a contract with BACS as they are the payment
service provider. We are indirect submitters of BACS payments. No files
are sent using the BACS Payments Software by this Trust.

 

3.                   Where/if these services will be tendered.

ANSWER: N/A, please see responses above

 

4.                   Are you joined to another trust with regards to the
above information.

ANSWER: N/A, please see responses above
