I refer to your request for information received on 9th July 2015 relating to HR, Payroll and BACS software contract expiry dates, request number 051.

1. When your current contract with HR and Payroll software expires.

The current contract for HR software will expire in May 2016. The system is provided via contract with Perth College UHI.

Payroll N/A

2. When your current contract with BACS payment software expires.
N/A

3. Where/if these services will be tendered.

The University has no current plans to tender for payroll services.
BACS services are currently provided by our bank, which may be reviewed within this calendar year.
We anticipate extending the current HR contract with Perth College UHI on an annual basis.
