Thank you for your recent FOI request.  Please see below our response:

1. I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for
a departmental structure of the HR and Payroll department within the
council.

Structure chart attached. It should be noted that this structure also
provides payroll, DBS and some HR transactional services for a number of
other local authorities in Yorkshire and one in Teesside, some  voluntary
sector organisations, and a large number of schools.

2. Please can you also advise which Recruitment/HR/Payroll/Finance System
you use?

NGA's ResourceLink

3. Is the council considering changing any of these systems?

Not at present, we are currently contracted with NGA with options to
extend to March 2021.

4. Do you have online Performance Management and Expense Claims?

Yes

5. Please can you confirm Names, Email addresses and where possible
Telephone numbers of senior management within the directorate.
