Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,
can you please provide details of money spent on risk assessments to wildlife/habitats (flora and fauna) on the site of the proposed Hoylake luxury Golf Resort, three housing developments, luxury hotel and spa and infill.
Considering 1/4millionpounds already spent on consultant fees for this development proposal , and the very likely further spending of at least half a million pounds on consultant fees. Thankyou.

Yours faithfully,

Derick Barnes

Dear Mr Barnes

Further to your recent Freedom of Information request, in which you asked:

“….please provide details of money spent on risk assessments  to
wildlife/habitats (flora and fauna) on the site of the proposed Hoylake
luxury Golf Resort…”

A. None. It will be for the developer to survey and consider wildlife
issues as part of the proposed planning application for the Hoylake Golf
Resort project. The Council will consult all relevant statutory
organisations and give full consideration to all wildlife issues arising.

Yours sincerely
