How to do business

We're waiting for Yvonne Whiteley to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Her Majesty's Treasury,
I wish to make a freedom of information request.
We are a small SME organisation and finding it difficult to supply our services to HM Treasury and its sub departments.
We wish to understand what Routes to Market HM Treasury uses to procure services and how we can become a supplier in each area.
The services that we wish to supply are:
• Mathematical and statistical analysis
• Data analysis
• Mathematical Modelling
• Mathematical Tool Development
• Database development
• Operational Research
• Information Assurance
• Data Gathering analysis and visualisation
• OSINT data management
• Specialist software development
• Deep Learning
• Investment Appraisal
• Decision support
• Project Management including Agile
• SAFe5 Business Agility
Can you please provide a list of all multi supplier Frameworks/Contracts/Routes to Market used by HM Treasury and its sub departments that are relevant to each of these services?.
Provide detail on start and end dates of each mechanism including details of how each ‘route’ might be joined by a new supplier?.
If new suppliers cannot join/register as a supplier for a specific mechanism currently, then when will that route next be competed to allow for new suppliers?.
Also supply a list of future contracts/frameworks/routes to market that HM Treasury and its sub departments are planning for the next 12 month period including details of how potential suppliers can register interest in each opportunity.

Thank you
