How often do North Lanarkshire Council employees access private data and distribute outwith Council
Dear Scotland Office,
Between October 2016 and Dec 2016 the legal department of North Lanarkshire Council recovered and destroyed in part information employees from finance department had accessed and distributed out with local authority identifying disabled persons
How often do local authorities consent to use of vulnerable persons data by their employees for private use
Is it correct that North Lanarkshire Council allows breach of vunerable persons data
If incorrect what steps did Authority take to prevent further breaches
Has the authority been complicit in breach of privacy and confidential regulations .
Has the authority contacted all persons whose data has been accessed and distributed out with authorities control by there employees in finance department
Yours faithfully,
JanisFyffe
