I refer to your request for information relating to Council rental income,
received on 21st May 2008.
 
Please see the information provided by the Department of Finance in
response to your questions provided below :-
 
The following link is for Committee paper number 07-634 which shows the
level of reserves in the ring-fenced Housing Revenue Account, which
receives all the rental income relating to the Council’s housing estates.
This paper also provides a break down of the funding provided to Council
Housing stock.
