How much has Wirral Council spent on going towards carbon neutral since announcing climatic Emergency

Currently waiting for a response from Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council, they should respond promptly and normally no later than (details).

Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,
Can you please advise me how much Wirral Council have spent towards going Carbon neutral since they declared a climatic emergency?. Also how many tonnes of timber have been felled and cut from our trees here on the Wirral since that date and sold or given for biomass incineration? Thankyou.
