Dear Susan Gordon,

Ref: Re: FOI003185

I acknowledge the receipt of your email that was received on 18^th
September, 2020.

The Council has a duty to respond ‘promptly’, or no later than 20 working
days which in this case is 16 October, 2020.

Please find the response to the following questions:

How much did you spend on toilet roll in between 2014-2019 broken down by
year and brand (if known)?

Since the cleaning contract started in 2019, we started purchasing all
cleaning consumables separately, up until then it would not have been
possible to extract the information from our records. The cleaning
contract is only for the sites we support and the Campus. This includes
some libraries, museums and community facilities that are part of the
contract. But it will not include all Council facilities for example
elderly persons homes or sheltered dwellings with shared facilities.

2019- £7,155.21

2020- £4,431.62.

The toilet rolls range from, PHS toilet rolls/sheets, mini jumbo, Cormatic
white toilet rolls, Jangro bulk pack and Jangro mini jumbo.
