How money from the 'ReCreate' scheme was disbursed
Last year it was indicated in the press that Brighton was to receive £650,000 of EU funding to support a project called ReCreate.
I would like to know:
How much money was actually received?
To which projects / people this money was disbursed and how much they received in each case?
I would also like copies of:
The original application for this EU funding.
Any subsequent applications for funding to the ReCreate scheme itself that resulted in a disbursement being made.
Thanks in advance.

The Recreate project is a European INTERREG IV A France (Channel) England Cross-border Cooperation Programme. It has 15 partners from across the South East of England and Northern France. Brighton & Hove City Council and Wired Sussex are two partners from Brighton and Hove. The lead partner is Medway Council.
We cannot forward the application form as we are not the lead partner and the lead partner will be unable to do so because the partnership is made up of local authorities and not for profit organisations. The information contained within the application form has commercial and personal data that is sensitive and is therefore exempt under section 40 of FOI
Funding is given to the individual partners post activity and is refunded 6- 9 monthly in arrears. Each partner has a budget which relates to its outputs and each partner provides 50% match funding.’
