Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'How many vulnerable customer champions does the DWP currently employ?'.
The role of 'Vulnerable Customer Champion' as I have been told it is called by the 'HEO VCC' assigned to my case in December 2018 or also known as 'Vulnerable Claimant Champion' or 'Mental Health Champion' is a role within the Department for Work & Pensions.
Here is also an article also showing they exist https://www.disabilitynewsservice.com/dw...
The 'Vulnerable Customer Champions' were implemented after a Juridical Review in 2015 in which a Man took his life.
Kind Regards,
Mr M Carroll-Owen
