How many sanctions were given in Liverpool?

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Could you please give me information on the following in the Liverpool area:

1) How many sanctions were given between 2014-16?
2) How many of these were later overturned?
3) How many of these were three year sanctions?
4) How many people needed a referral to a food bank or were left homeless due to these sanctions?
