How many requests for CHC have been declined during 2017/2018

I am a Senior Paralegal employed by a Cambridge based solicitors practicing in the area of CHC funding. I have been asked by one of my client's, whose wife has been declined CHC funding during the period 2017/18, to submit a FOI request asking how many submissions for CHC funding have been declined for that period.

one of my client's, whose wife has been declined CHC funding during the
period 2017/18, to submit a FOI request asking how many submissions
for CHC funding have been declined for that period.
During the period 2017/18 - 349 patients were assessed in
line with the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare, 111 of
these were deemed not eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare.
