How many reports of misconduct have you received about this government?
Dear Metropolitan Police Service (MPS),
The current government is in the habit of misconducting itself. Almost all of their election promises were wilful abuses of the public's trust, and that was just the beginning.
For your convenience, the CPS guidance can be found here: https://www.cps.gov.uk/legal-guidance/mi...
How many reports of misconduct by members of this government have you received?
While I am here, it appears that your own commissioner has been neglecting their duty to such an extent that it amounts to abuse of the public's trust and I would like to report that as an incident of criminal misconduct, and ask what is the protocol with regards to allegations against such senior officers.
Yours faithfully,
Keith Kennaugh

Dear Ruth Binfor,
Thank you for your email. I am sorry to say that you appear to have misunderstood my questions so I apologise for not expressing them more clearly.
I have not asked what information you have about misconduct by members of the government, I asked how many reports of it you have received. I know that you should have had at least one, passed to you by West Yorkshire Police in relation to their incident log 678 on 28th May 2020.
Can you please confirm that you received that report and let me know the current status of it.
I also did not ask you how to complain about your commissioner. The question does not relate to complaints, it is about reports of crime.
I asked what is the protocol when you receive reports of crime committed by a senior figure in your own force? How do you ensure that it is properly and impartially investigated?
Yours sincerely,
Keith Kennaugh

Dear Metropolitan Police Service (MPS),
Further to my earlier email, I have found the reference number from West Yorkshire Police, which should enable you to identify the report, presuming that they did pass it on as they claimed. Ref: 20210528 – 0678
Can you please confirm what has happened in respect of that report?
Yours faithfully,
Keith Kennaugh
