How many people using e- scooters have been cautioned in the force area in the past 2 years
Dear Devon and Cornwall Police and Crime Commissioner,
I am in support of e - scooters being legalised.
They are pollution free and if legalised would help prevent congestion in our major towns and cities.
Could you tell me, over the past 2 years, how many people have been cautioned or warned for using this form of transportation on our roads in the force area.
Yours faithfully,
Mike Vinnicombe
