Dear Mr Magee,

Further to the acknowledgement below, I can respond to your FOI request
received on 30th July 2019 as follows:

1) How many X86 based computers do you have? Circa 1100
2) How many of those are Apple computers? None
3) How much do you pay for Microsoft Office licenses a year? I consider
that the exemption under  Section 21 of The Freedom of Information Act
2000 - which provides for material that is reasonably accessible by other
means -  applies in this instance.
Information in respect of the Contracts Register can be found on the
Council’s website via the following link:
[1]https://www.oxford.gov.uk/downloads/down...

4) Which companies supply services to Oxford City Council? See attached.
Assuming this question relates to ICT products and services.

5) Which hardware vendors for PCs and tablets supply OCC? Primarily
Lenovo Thinkpad laptops and Lenovo desktops – Current supplier is XMA Ltd.
6) Which vendor does OCC favour, in terms of value? All vendors are
selected through formal procurement routes based on quality and cost
criteria which vary depending on the product or service.

If you disagree with any part of the response to your request, you are
entitled to ask the Council for an internal review of the decision(s)
made.  You may do this by writing to the Monitoring Officer, by either
email – [2][email address] – or by post to Monitoring Officer,
Oxford City Council, St Aldate’s Chambers, St Aldate’s, Oxford, OX1 1DS.
After the result of the internal review, if you remain dissatisfied, you
may ask the Information Commissioner to intervene on your behalf.  You may
do this by writing to the Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe
Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.

Yours sincerely
