Dear Sue,

Regarding your request for information under the FoIA: I would like to
enquire as to the number of individuals who completed and passed the Post
Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) in Secondary Science in the 2005
- 2006 cohort that currently remain in teaching.

We can confirm that we hold employment information for the majority of the
2006 PGCE Secondary science cohort however, in most cases this information
was collected six months after course completion as part of the
sector-wide Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education (DLHE) survey.
Although we encourage alumni to keep in touch, the majority of data has
not been updated since then. Please let us know if you would be interested
in this particular information. Unfortunately, we do not hold the specific
data you requested, but it may be held by another organisation (perhaps
the National Union of Teachers) and you may consider contacting them.

Kind Regards,

Ben Scullion

Dear Data Protection & Freedom of Information, University of Exeter

I would be very interested in the data you hold from the completion of the 2006 cohort. would it be possible to split this data into Biology, Chemistry and Physics specialisms?

Yours sincerely,
