How many homes provided by councils for refugees in UK remain unoccupied ?

Homes England did not have the information requested.

Dear Homes England,
There are 200 Unaccompanied Children living rough in the forests of Northern France who want to come to the UK according to ' Help Refugees '. The French Police take one of each child's shoes from them even if they are sleeping, the police also slash their tents and tarpaulins rendering them useless. Please tell me how many homes that have been made available for refugees by councils in the UK remain unoccupied. Winter is coming.
If I have not approached the correct agency please can you transfer this to the correct site ?
Yours faithfully,
Susan Jennings
