There are currently 1,436 council tax properties which are registered as unoccupied and unfurnished within the borough of Dacorum.
There are also 315 properties which are registered as unoccupied and furnished. Please note that these may be "second homes" or they may be furnished lettings between tenants.
There is no lost council tax income for Dacorum Borough Council in relation to second homes, as the Council has determined a zero % level of discount for this status of property.
