The request was partially successful.

Dear East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust,

I would like to know the top ten highest numbers of calls from single residential premises in Leicestershire.
I would like to know where in Leicestershire the calls were made from. I am not asking for specific addresses.
For each premises, I would like to know this information for 2018.
I also want to know what proportion of the calls from each address resulted in someone being taken to hospital.

For example: One address in XX made 100 calls in 2018, with 2 of those requiring hospital treatment.

Yours faithfully,
Maia Snow
