I can add that complaints against Devon & Cornwall police officers for homophobic attitudes & practises are routinely ignored by the Devon & Cornwall police force.

Following receipt of your request searches were conducted within Devon &
Cornwall Constabulary to locate information relevant to your request. I
can confirm that this constabulary holds the information you have
requested.

Extent of Searches to Locate Information
To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted
within the Professional Standards Department and the Performance and
Analysis Department.
