Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Could you please provide me information regard How many complaints against Jobcentre plus (clarence house office ,western way )Exeter included but not limited

1) management team maladministration,chaos management,supervise absent,abusing public power,corruption,breach code, breach data protection ACt,breach human right ACT,misuse public power to cover up own failure/poor management/poor service,discrimination,use public position power to revenge/frame customers who complaint their service....

2)Line manager, staff dishonesty ,failed comply with certern code and laws,

3)suppress customer by threaten,huminating teck to force customer to do what they want in order to achieve their target (budget ,cases target and or sanction claimant ?)such as force to sign CC,even worse, when failed to force submit, create CC ,imprint customer e-signature on it without disclose any information they must before collect information and without any consent from customer, with out any open and transparent discussion, operation in a most secretly way like dark room operation, keep customer in dark all the time during interview. deny to answer customer's any question,refuse t explain anything. collect signature middle of 1 way question ( more like interrogation) in a very hostile manner, Did not take any measure to ensure information accurately recorded....blatantly breach human right deny customer to use their own language to sign after raised forge risk concern, imprint e-signature on other legal document without customer consent....
