In an email exchange with the WhatDoTheyKnow team prompted by the above bounce messages the Standards Board for England have confirmed they received the request on the 29th of March.

The standards board have written to the WhatDoTheyKnow.com team to say:

" Emails are immediately rejected if the subject bar contains one of a number of key words, one of which forms part of the name of the subject member in question. "

It appears that their system objected to the letters: "Dick" at the start of "Dickinson".

They have now confirmed receipt of this request.

Greatly appreciated.

Dear Phil Boyd,

Thanks for your reply.

Normally I would be minded to accept your reply without question however, with reference to another FOI request I have sent to the Standards Board for England: http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/co... (Your ref: SBE-12274-QYBTQ) I note that I have received a similar reply despite there being evidence to suggest a complaint had been submitted to and upheld by the standards board for England.

Once the complaint against Cllr Pajak has been found you consider having another look at Cllr Dickinson?

To assist you in checking again I am specifically interested in the 2003/2004 period.

Yours sincerely,

Geoff Reid
