How many classroom teachers earn over £60k pa

Following your advert advertising the teaching profession dated 27/10, I would like you to answer the following queries.

1. How many teachers were actually used in the advert? Or were they actors?
2. Your advert stated that teachers could earn up to £65k pa. could you tell me how many classroom teachers earn the amount stated in your advert? Also, if any do, I would also like to know what type of school they work at (maintained/ Academy/ Free).

Thank you for your request for information, which was received on 27/10/15, where you asked the following:
“Following your advert advertising the teaching profession dated 27/10, I would like you to answer the following queries.

I have dealt with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I can confirm that all the teachers in the advertisement are teachers.
The latest statistics on the salaries received by school teachers were published in July 2015 and can be found at the following link:

Further analysis of the data provided by schools and LAs in the school workforce census data shows that there were 12,845[1] full and part-time school teachers earning a salary of £65,000[1] or more in November 2014, of which 485 were classroom teachers.
