How many Claim of rights have you had

Peter:Brewster made this Freedom of Information request to Home Office

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Home Office,
Every Freeman-on-the-Land has sent in a claim of right and although you ignore them, that does not invalidate them and they pass into law as undisputed claims that by acquiescence are lawful.

1: How many Claims of Right have you received from the people of England and the UK.

2:What has been done with them

3:Can I see any correspondence between ministers on this matter whether emails letters or legal advice.

I know you cannot deny they exist as I have myself sent you one by recorded delivery, so please comply and release this information

Yours faithfully,

Peter:Brewster

Dear FOI Requests,
if you go to the site http://forum.fmotl.com/viewtopic.php?f=3... you will see examples of "Claim of rights documents, I sent one to the Home office myself and I know thousands of others have been sent all with recorded delivery slips so we have proof, now I would like to know
1: How many have you received.
2: What legal advice did you receive on this subject.
3: Any internal correspondence emails memos or notes relating to this matter.
4: Reason for Government failure to rebut claims,
5: Lawful status of claims (you might not be able to answer 5 as it may be opinion,

Also if you are in any doubt I can send you a photographed copy of my document so you can See with your own eyes, I can also get another 100 000 sent if I put out a message on the forum then we may get a true figure, but so far it seems we are being ignored by the Home office en mass.

Yours sincerely,

Peter:Brewster

Your office has replied to this on a previous occasion
see https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/n...
sent to you in 2011 where you stated 281 claim of rights received, now please update me and answer my request please

J.A.F. Mitchell left an annotation ()

Two bits of disinformation with the above annotation:
a) The request linked to was to a different authority, the Prime Minister's Office, not the Home Office
b) They didn't state "281 claim of rights received", they stated they'd "received 281 letters on that subject".
c) You're wasting their time and my money with this nonsense.

Peter:Brewster left an annotation ()

What an idiot wasting time and Your money get a life numpty. valid request of the Home orifice as they have denied receiving ANY so they are lying as I sent one myself so if your going to be abusive and accuse me of wasting your Money, check out what money really is, and as to its value, then maybe you may have a point but your talking nonsense.

J.A.F. Mitchell left an annotation ()

They have not denied receiving any "Claims of Rights", they don't know what you're on about.
Try to keep your annotations civil please.

Peter:Brewster left an annotation ()

Awfully sorry for my tone, tired and late it was, The Home office will know, as most Nouicor documents were sent to the Home office and I sent mine there, under recorded delivery

Dear FOI Responses,
28792
this does not seem difficult, you seem to be delaying the release of the requested information

No 1 asks how many documents received
Straight forward

No 2 asks what legal advice you received on these documents, Seems you have this covered

No 3 Asks for any documents related to either the Government position dealing with this matter, the legality of the "Claims" any internal correspondence related to the documents in question, emails memos, phone logs, meetings, or response to the claims in any form, so if a dept. member sent an email asking what to do with the said documents,I would like a copy.

ANYTHING related to the "Claim of Right" documents the Freemen on the land are sending, asserting their rights.

No 4 Reason for the Government failure to rebut the claims, ie they are lawful and you cant do anything about them, You were given 14 days to rebut, why didn't you?

No 5 The lawful status of the claims,
I do not see a problem with the answers you just seem to be delaying

Yours sincerely,

Peter:Brewster

It seems they have not been counting till this year, so far 2014, 14 people submitted the relevant document

Most info refused any views from anyone?

Ewan McLean left an annotation ()

I thought you free men types didn't believe in the law, so why were you whining about HO breaking it by delaying?

Peter:Brewster left an annotation ()

actually the Law is what we do believe in, Common Law, the established law of the land, The Law the Queen Swore an Oath to uphold and then sold us down the river in Breach of that same oath, The traitor Statutes and acts are the tools of an oppressive regime and are a contract of consent to the members of the society that are stupid enough to continue going along with a corrupt criminal system of abuse, so any and all means of Lawful take down is the aim until gov is shrunk to a smaller size and they stop borrowing monies from the Private banks,
Kindest regards Peter family Brewster

Ewan McLean left an annotation ()

You've repeatedly said they're breaking the law. FOI is an act, not common law. So by your logic HO should ignore you.

Peter:Brewster left an annotation ()

Correct you are in your saying, now if they accepted the lawful situation yes I would leave them alone, but they do not, they Force and impose and breach your peace presuming You Have to Do what they Say, ignoring the law ignoring your rights and claims, so a certain amount of interaction and provocation is always needed, Apartheid, if not opposed and questioned would still be here, we the people give them the powers we have to act for us, and they have taken it in their heads they now have unlimited powers, ie more than we gave them.
No they only have the same rights as us, we do not vote them more rights, and as I don't have the right to steal, neither do they.
