Nicholas Wheatley,

You might like to look at this response:

https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/3...

“In 2014/15, the number of permanent staff who decided the outcome of a complaint was 285 and in 2015/16 this was 263"

You may already know that the PHSO has used (still uses?) 'Project Officers' to make decisions on complaints. In 2015/16, for example, 46 of the 55 temporary staff recruited to make decisions on complaints were Project Officers.

Thanks J Roberts. I will amend the request.

Dear InformationRights,

Thank you for your reply.

In the response to question 2 you state that 24 staff have been employed for more than one year while in question 3 you state that 115 staff have been employed for more than two years. Obviously these are contradictory answers as there must be fewer staff employed for more than two years than there are employed for more than one year. Would you please re-confirm the response to these two questions.

Yours sincerely,

Nicholas Wheatley
