How many BRP are returned to homeoffice because of non-delivery and how long it takes to redispatch

We're waiting for Arun Gupta to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Home Office,

Could you please release the latest information on
1. How many BRP are returned to homeoffice because of non-delivery in month of Oct'19 and Nov'19?
2. How long it takes the BRP department to re-post BRP cards that were not successfully delivered (and thus returned to the home office)
3. Is there any option to prioritise redelivery?
4. Is courier company responsible for non-delivery of BRP in case address mentioned is correct and even though they are not able to successfully delivery it.
